I’ve always believed fitness should empower you for decades, not just a season. When I work out, my focus is of course to get stronger, but with the long-term idea that I’ll be able to run a marathon at 70 years old at a decent speed.
After years of studying movement, rehabbing injuries, and coaching clients, I honed a science-backed approach that prioritizes longevity over quick fixes. My passion? Helping you build a body that thrives through every stage of life, with clarity and care.
I train with a professor’s discerning eye and a friend’s ease, guiding you through virtual sessions or in-home appointments in Norfolk County, MA. When I’m not training, you’ll find me hiking, playing basketball, or trying some new sport (snowboarding is next on the list)—living the active life I help my clients achieve.
